Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a good, full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $5,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?

On average, most orders are completed in just two days or less.

However, more complex orders may take longer. A landing page takes 5 days (live, online, and valid for one year), while an online virtual card takes 3 days (live, online, and valid for one year).

A 4-page brochure is considered 4 jobs, so it can take 4 to 8 days to be ready.

We only count business days.

Who are the designers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but mediafox is actually a one-man agency. This means you’ll be working directly with me, Daniel Trapanese, the founder of imaginate.

What programs do you design in?

Most requests are designed using Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve.

What is A.I. Photo-Manipulation

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for photo editing or enhancement, as well as for creating needed images, includes various functionalities. These can range from removing unwanted elements, improving details, applying stylized filters, changing items or colors in clothing, to creating photorealistic images of people or objects for marketing purposes. AI in image editing offers a broad spectrum of possibilities, adapting and creating images according to specific requirements.

How do I request designs?

mediafox offers significant flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Common methods for clients to request designs include directly through Trello, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even recording a brief video on Loom for those who prefer not to write their briefings. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared on the Trello collaboration platform, it is considered a valid way to request designs. This approach allows for various forms of communication and sharing of ideas, catering to different preferences and ensuring that the design request is clear and comprehensive.

A.I. : How do I request an A.I. design?

Describe Your Request Clearly: Provide a detailed description of what you’re looking for in the design. Include specifics like colors, themes, style, and any text or elements you want included.

Specify Dimensions: If you have a specific size requirement for your design (like for a poster, social media post, or banner), mention the dimensions.

Mention the Context or Use Case: Explain where and how you’ll be using the design. This helps in creating something that’s fit for purpose, whether it’s for marketing, personal use, an event, etc.

Provide Examples or References: If you have any reference images or designs that you like, you can mention them as inspiration.

State Any Preferences or Restrictions: If there are certain elements, colors, or themes you definitely want or don’t want in the design, make sure to state them.

Request Revisions if Needed: We will revise and work on it till you are 100% satisfied

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Absolutely. mediafox does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated GIFS, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. The jobs will be revised until you are 100% satisfied

How does the payment work?

Payment should be made in advance and can be done via PIX or bank transfer if you are in Brazil. If you are outside Brazil you can pay by bank transfer to our USA account or our Belgium account. We also work with WISE. Currently, we do not accept payments by credit or debit card.
